Anushka Shrestha won the Miss Nepal 2019 title. Miss Nepal World 2018 Shrinkhala Khatiwada handed over the crown to Shrestha. The grand finale program was held on 9th May 2019 in Laboratory H.S. School premises, Kirtipur Nepal. The winner of Miss Nepal got the 1,00,000 cash prize. Miss Nepal auditions were held in the main cities of Nepal such as Birtamode, Dharan, Birgunj, Kathmandu, Chitwan, Pokhara, Butwal, Nepalgunj and Dhangadi.
In Miss Nepal grand final, four major winners wear the crown as Miss World Nepal, Miss Universe Nepal, Miss Earth Nepal, and Miss International Nepal. This year, Miss Supernational Nepal has also been added as a new title.
