Early Life And Family Background
At a very young age, he found himself very keen on music and started to explore and learn about music. He belongs to a middle-class Nepali family where a variety of songs listened. He started singing when he was in grade 4.While his friends were enjoying the life of a teenager, at 17, Swoopna Suman’s life was completely different. One day suddenly he started shivering, he was scared, threw his books and banged the desk. All these continued until the reflection in his loved one’s eyes showed him a completely different world.
Talking about his family and teenage life, he recently shared his struggle journey in The Storytellers a show where celebrities and well-known people shared their past to present journey of life. He recalls those moments when he worked in restaurants as a waiter to financially support his family. Music Career
He went to India’s part of a play but ended up singing bhajans on stage. That was an enriching experience. He thought that music is not for him at some point but slowly his ultimate passion did not stop him from leaning and doing. Internet was the best place to learn and watch his favourite artists. He uploaded his first cover song of Rohit John Chhetri’s super hit song ‘Bistarai Bistarai’ on YouTube in August 2014.
Now Swoopna Suman is the youtube sensation and a very popular name in the Nepalese Music Industry. This 21-year-old singer is currently with Arbitrary Records and his 12 songs and video released under the records company’s youtube channel has been able to garner over 10 million views.
Swoopna Suman’s Thought About Struggle And Success
When he was facing problems in his teenage, he sometimes thought that suicide is the best solution to every problem in life. But that did not happen. He tried to f heal those trouble with music.T hat’s how he came up with a strong belief that “Once you have the problem in your life, You come up with a great solution“. Until and unless we don’t have problems in your life, we don’t get a chance to learn.
