Shweta Khadka is a Nepali Actress, Model, Entrepreneur, Investor, and Social Activist. She is also a managing director of MRS & Engineering (P). Ltd. Besides her modeling career, she is one of the successful businesswomen in Nepal.
She has been involved in multiple business and social works in recent years. Shweta is the founder of Shweta Shree Foundation which is a non-profit, charity oriented towards social service. SSF focuses on providing help to underprivileged and ultra-poor people so that they can help themselves to face their economic and social hardships and eventually become independent.

Early life and Education
Shweta Khadka was born on 5 February in Panauti village of Kavrepalanchok, Nepal. She spent most of her childhood in the same place. She finished her schooling at Shree Ram High Secondary School, Khopasi. And she started to study in Indreshowr Higher Secondary School and finished her plus two education from there. After completing intermediate, she moved to Kathmandu for further study.

Shweta Khadka was not interested in acting when she was a child. Shree Krishna Shrestha was looking for a new heroine for his new movie. Fortunately, he met with Shweta and offered her to play the movie. For the first time, Bijaya Nakarmi offered the movie Kaha Bhetiyala.
First, Shweta rejected the proposal as her family did not wanted her to go in the film industry. Shree Krishna Shrestha later convinced her parents to act in his movie. Luckily, Shweta rose to fame from her debut movie. After her notable performance in Kaha Bhetiyela, she received positive appreciation, love from audiences.
Shweta has appeared in the numbers of. movies like Hasi Deu Ek Fera, Shreeman Shreemati, Kohinoor, Kanchi, etc. Kohinoor was the last movie of Shree Krishna Shrestha but is received huge success in the box office.

Besides her business, movie profession she has a keen interest in social work. Thus, she founded Shweta Shree Foundation in 26th February 2017 to work for the underprivileged and ultra-poor people of Nepal. The Foundation was established in the fond memory of Late Shree Krishna Shrestha.

Shweta Khadka Husband
First Marriage
Earlier, Shweta was married to actor Shrikrishna Shrestha in 2014. Krishna died while undergoing treatment in India a month after the marriage. Shrestha suffered from pneumonia. Since then, Shweta lived alone for almost, 6 years.
Second Marriage
Shweta Khadka married to Vijayendra Singh Rawat, of Dhangadhi. Shweta and Vijayendra were in love for some time and later they’ve decided to convert their relationship as life-partner to each other. They tied the knot on 7th December in Gokarna Forest Resort.
