Early Life and Education
Samragyee RL Shah born and raised in Birgunj. She studied from grade 1 to grade 3 in St. Xavier school in Birgunj. In grade 4 she went to India and joined Royal Academy of India from grade 6. She completed her schooling and did her plus two in the same school. Samraghyee found herself keen interested in modeling and acting since her childhood.
Career in Modeling
Samragyee was the second runner-up at the Face of Classic Diamond jewelers fashion competition. She reportedly received many offers for movies and fashion shows after the event. She was among the top 3 models of her school in India. While she was in grade 7, she started watching Victoria Secrets’ fashion shows. She was really passionate about modeling and acting since her childhood. Samraghyee first appeared in music video Dami by Fuba Tamang.
Film Career
Samraghyee got an opportunity to play in the opposite role of Anmol KC in her first movie Dreams. Her very first movie got commercial success in Nepali movie industry. In addition, she received numbers of awards from this movie. After succeeded in first debut movie her demand in Nepali film industry increased. As second movie Samragyee featured with Salim Man Baniya in the film A Mero Hajur. This movie was directed by Jharna Thapa.
Although her second movie did not break the box office record, her popularity did not decline. She acted in the third movie Timi Sanga along with Aakash Shrestha, Nazir Husen.
