Nikita Poudel is a Nepali producer, media personality popularly known as the wife of popular TV presenter Rabi Lamichhane. She produced numbers of Nepali movies including Sundar Mero Nam, Kusume Rumal 2, Preeti ko Phool, etc. She became the first female to be the chairperson of Nepal Film Development Board from 15 December 2017.

Nikita Poudel was born on December 31, 1982, in Kathmandu, She is the daughter of the famous producer Uddhav Poudel who owns the Gopi Krishna Movies private limited. Gopi Krishna Movies, Gopi Krishna FM and TV Filmy run under his company.Â
She completed her O Levels from the University of Cambridge from Mussoorie Internation School (India) and A-Level from Cambridge International Examination from British Council, Kathmandu in 2000. Later she received a Masters Degree in Media Communication from Webster University Thailand in 2004.
