Kiran Gajmer early life, family and education
Kiran was born in Kundunabari refugee camp Jhapa, Nepal. Along with his parents Krishna Gajmer and Radhika Gajmer, he lived in a Bhutanese refugee camp for about 14 years. There Kiran and his family had to struggle a lot for a living. He also has a brother in his family.
Kiran then moved to Bhutan, but after some time, he applied for America and went there. Though he wanted to live in Nepal, the strict laws force him to apply for America. He lived there for about 12 years.
Kiran got his singing skills from his grandfather. Since childhood, he used to sing in school functions and concerts. His friends and family were very supportive of his dream to become a great singer.
Kiran Gajmer grandfather had a respiratory disease. Therefore, to treat patients like his grandfather, he is studying breathing at Webster University in Missouri.

Journey to the voice of Nepal season 3
Kiran wanted to bring out the voice of voiceless Bhutanese refugees who embrace Nepalese culture but are not allowed to be Nepali citizens. Therefore, he decided to come into the prestigious platform – The voice of Nepal.
Kiran won the heart of every judge in a blind audition with his melodious song. He got selected by all four judges. But, among them, he chooses one of his favorite singers Pramod Pokharel team. And, he became the first contestant to get into the top twelve finalists from team Pramod. He has been able to win the audience and judges at every performance.
He got popularity from the blind audition. Finally, on August 7 2021, he won “The voice of Nepal” season 3 by securing the highest vote. His songs have thousands of views on YouTube also. After winning the show, Kiran Gajmer decided to donate all his money to purchase an ambulance for a refugee camp and vaccinate the marginalized people.

He is one of the brilliant and young singers and music composers. His music career began before coming into voice. However, a considerable breakthrough came after he sang the ‘Teenpatey song’ in a blind audition.
