Early Life and Education
Ashishma Nakarmi was born on 22 November in Kathmandu from Asha Nakarmi and Mana Raj Nakarmi. She grew up in the pure Newari community and musical environment. Her father is a famous Tabala Badhak.
Ashishma completed her intermediate level education form Richmond Academy, Kathmandu. After that, she moved to the USA for further study and completed her Bachelor in Hospitality. At the same time, she also took acting courses.
Career
Ashishma Nakarmi was very active since her childhood. For the first time at the age of 5, she performed in the stage. At the age of 8, she did a junior diploma in Sitar. Later she appears in the Nepali music video Thaha Chhaina.

Ashishma wanted to become a better actress since her early childhood. She started her career on the big screen from the Nepal Bhasa movie named Nyalla. From this movie, she came to the limelight of the glamoue field . After the success of this movie, she got an offer to play a Nepali movie from director Deepa Basnet in the movie Antaral in 2013.
